Get your books ready for UAE e-invoicing, before your deadline
E-invoicing becomes mandatory for most UAE businesses in 2027. Clean books make the switch simple. We keep your bookkeeping, customer records and VAT in order, so moving to e-invoicing is a setting, not a project.
Revenue of 50 million dirhams or more: e-invoicing starts on 1 January 2027.
Revenue below 50 million dirhams: appoint an e-invoicing service provider by 31 March 2027. E-invoicing starts on 1 July 2027.
What we do
Clean customer records
Legal names, addresses and VAT numbers (TRNs) checked for every business customer.
Invoicing inside your software
Invoices moved out of Word and Excel into your accounting system, with one continuous numbering sequence.
VAT that reconciles
Monthly bookkeeping and quarterly VAT reconciliations, so invoice data matches your returns.
Ready for your provider
Records kept in the shape your software needs to connect to the e-invoicing provider you choose.
Who it is for
UAE SMEs that invoice other businesses and still invoice from templates or spreadsheets, have gaps in customer data, or want a clean set of books before the switch.
What we do not do
We are not an e-invoicing service provider and we do not sell e-invoicing platforms. We make your books and invoice data ready for the provider you choose, and keep them right every month.

- We review your customer data, invoice numbering and VAT.

Questions we hear often
When does e-invoicing apply to my business?
It depends on revenue. Businesses with revenue of 50 million dirhams or more start on 1 January 2027. Businesses below 50 million dirhams must appoint an e-invoicing service provider by 31 March 2027 and start on 1 July 2027.
Is a PDF invoice an e-invoice?
No. An e-invoice is structured data sent through an approved e-invoicing service provider. PDFs, scans, images and emailed documents do not count.
Are you an e-invoicing service provider?
No. We do not sell or run e-invoicing platforms. We make sure your books, customer data and invoicing are ready for the provider you choose.
Do I need new accounting software?
Not always. Many cloud accounting systems plan to connect to e-invoicing providers. Ask your vendor what it will support. We work in Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books and Vivid360.
Do invoices to consumers change?
The first phase covers invoices to other businesses and to public sector bodies. Sales to consumers are outside it for now.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your transaction volume and how much clean-up your records need. Book a free call and we send a clear fixed fee.
