What our Corporate Tax service covers
- Year-end closing and financial statements.
- Corporate Tax return preparation and filing.
- Small Business Relief eligibility assessment and election.
- Annual audit coordination with our partner audit firms.
Does my business need to file?
UAE Corporate Tax applies to most businesses operating in the UAE, at 9% on taxable income above AED 375,000 and 0% below that. Every taxable person needs to file a return, even when no tax is due.
Small Business Relief
Small Business Relief lets qualifying SMEs be treated as having no taxable income for the period, which means no Corporate Tax payable. It is available for tax periods ending on or before 31 December 2026 (subject to extension), and eligibility depends on revenue staying at or below AED 3 million in the current and all previous tax periods. Electing it has trade-offs: for that period you give up loss carry-forwards and interest deductions. We assess eligibility before electing. Our guide to Corporate Tax and Small Business Relief explains the choice in plain English.
How the year end runs with us
- Monthly books kept clean through the year, closed by the 15th of each month.
- Year-end accounts and financial statements prepared.
- Audit support coordinated with our partner audit firms where an audit is needed.
- The Corporate Tax return prepared, reviewed and filed, with the Small Business Relief decision made on the numbers.
A Corporate Tax return depends on accurate year-end accounts. Most clients combine it with our monthly bookkeeping and VAT return filing.
